Our most targeted approach, offering the most discretion with the most specific reach. We prepare a comprehensive, 20+ page Offering Memorandum. The process includes professional-grade photography
and aerials all performed in house.
Once approved by you, we show the Offering to a small, select pool of vetted investors in our database. Despite netting lowest number of potential buyers, this approach is historically our greatest
strength.
Tier 2: Full Access to Our Buyer Database
In this tier of our approach, we prepare more extensive materials and expand the push to include our broader database (several thousand individuals), but still heavily tailor the marketing to only include the most viable investor prospects. As a precursor to Tier 2, we often recommend 7 days of Tier 1 style marketing
Tier 3: Full On-Market Package
Tier 3 includes the full force of our marketing capabilities. A full, on-market set of offering materials is prepared in-house, and the property is advertised under a listing agreement across 15 different CRE platforms. We handle all incoming leads and tours personally - while we utilize AI to great effect throughout our business, we place a heavy priority on ensuring all prospects speak and deal directly with a human being whose listing they are calling about.
