Martin has been in the real estate business for over 5 decades as both a high level executive for Fortune 500 corporations and a business owner. Throughout his career he was responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars of commercial and residential construction, planning, and development across the United States. Throughout the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s, Martin helped shape the landscapes of many major cities and suburban locales throughout the southeast.
Upon establishing his own construction and development firm, he oversaw and directed development of large residential communities and commercial properties, working with international groups of investors and some of the country's top names in the industry for over a decade.
In founding The Goldstein Group, Martin has forged a dynamic and agile force in the market with the down-to-earth, personal approach of a family business. His sharp sense of vision and decades of experience have consistently pushed TGG ahead of many much larger South FL based firms in both reputation and pro-rata sales volume.

Russell has over 12 years of experience as a multi-family and commercial broker. Over decade of that time has been spent as Co-Principal of The Goldstein Group. Since entering the business, he has successfully brokered the sale of hundreds of millions in volume across the state of FL (through all types of market conditions) and has played an instrumental role in growing The Goldstein Group into the nationally-known brokerage it is today.
His education includes a BS in Management from The Georgia Institute of Technology (2009), with a focus in Accounting. Russell spent 5 years in private equity and public accounting (primarily serving high-net-worth real estate investors) before co-founding The Goldstein Group Brokerage with father, Martin.
Russell's approach to the brokerage business is heavily relationship focused. He seeks to bring his considerable accumulated market knowledge to bear for to help clients understand the market at a granular level, and make decisions accordingly.

Originally from New Jersey, Crystal graduated with her dual Bachelor's in Biology and Psychology from Rowan University in 2014. She has lived both in and outside of the United States since then, honing her personal skills in the sales and service industries in multiple capacities. Her travels and broad background in these fields afford her a unique ability to communicate with people from all walks of life.
